The service
wellnizz provides software that helps people and organizations organize genetic, biomarker, wearable, and health-context data into wellness and healthspan insights. These terms apply to the website, API, dashboard, documentation, and related services.
Wellness, not medical care
The service is for general wellness, education, and research support. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care. Do not make healthcare decisions solely from service output. Discuss concerning findings with a qualified clinician and seek urgent care when appropriate.
Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep login credentials and API keys confidential, use only the access granted to you, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed with your account or keys.
Health data and consent
You retain rights in the data you submit. You grant wellnizz the limited permission needed to host, process, and return the requested service output. If you submit data about another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary authorization or consent before doing so.
Developer responsibilities
- ✓Obtain clear, informed consent before sending a person's health or genetic data to the service.
- ✓Use appropriate security controls for your own systems, users, credentials, and integrations.
- ✓Do not present wellness output as a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for licensed clinical care.
- ✓Comply with laws, contracts, and professional obligations that apply to your use of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, use the service unlawfully, or use it to discriminate against or make high-stakes decisions about people. You may not resell access or use the service to build a competing data service without our written agreement.
Third-party services
Connections to wearable providers, laboratories, payment processors, or other third parties are optional. Their services and data handling are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. You decide whether to connect them and can disconnect them where the integration provides that control.
Billing
The free tier requires no credit card. Paid usage is billed through our payment processor at the prices and limits published on the pricing page. Price and limit changes are announced in advance and apply from the next billing period. Fees exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires. Except where the law says otherwise, amounts already paid are non-refundable.
API versioning and changes
The API contract is published as a versioned OpenAPI 3.1 specification. We aim to keep changes backward compatible; when a breaking change is unavoidable, it is announced in the documentation with a deprecation window before removal, unless security or legal reasons force a faster change.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We may also update these terms. The date above identifies the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, or legal requirement, with notice where practicable. After termination, the export endpoints (or an email request) remain available for a short wind-down period before deletion completes, subject to the retention rules in the privacy notice.
Data protection
How personal data is handled — roles, legal bases, retention, and your rights — is described in the Privacy and security notice. Organizations that need one can request a data processing agreement covering processor obligations, service providers, and EU data residency at privacy@wellnizz.com.
Indemnity for API customers
If you integrate the API into your own product, you are responsible for that product and its promises to its users. You agree to defend and indemnify wellnizz against third-party claims arising from your product, your content, or your failure to obtain the consents described above. This clause does not apply to consumers using the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, wellnizz disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contact and notices
Legal notices and questions about these terms go to support@wellnizz.com. We may notify you through the documentation, the developer dashboard, or the email address on your account. A governing-law and venue clause will be added here once the operating entity is registered; until then, mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies where relevant.
